I have tried to do a fetch from upstream on the sub-module to make sure the sub-module is up-to-date before pulling but that doesn't help? So when this happens we use native git and it always works.Īnyone having the same problem? Should I file a EGit/JGit bug? Any workarounds? The missing commit in the stack trace below is a commit from the sub-module. Our repository contains one sub module (used as a lib so no changes will ever be done on this sub-module). We are using Eclipse Luna on Windows and I tried both 3.5. We often get Missing unknown exception when pulling from remote repository in EGit (Note this do not happen with native git). ![]()
